State of California Mandates Pleasanton to Zone for nearly 6,000 Housing Units

Where should they go?  Speak Up!

Pleasanton's draft RHNA (Regional Housing Needs Assessment) shows how many units Pleasanton must zone for to accommodate residents in these income categories:

For Very Low Income

Low Income

Moderate Income

Avove Moderate Income


1750 Units

1008 Units

 894 Units

2313 Units

 The decisions the City makes will have long-term impacts on our community. The attached survey is your opportunity to provide your input and opinions and where these units should go in our community. If you want your suggestions included, make sure to include comments as you go through the survey and in Item #14 at the end of the survey.
